It's Earth Day 2022! This month, the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (Airport Authority) has been celebrating and more importantly doing things to better the planet we call home. Today, we wanted to highlight one way in which you can make a difference. We invite you to be a “Good Traveler” by offsetting your travel through The Good Traveler program.  

It’s easy to be a champion for the environment! Through the program, you can purchase certified carbon offsets online, and through the airport parking reservation and payment system with proceeds going toward conservation projects that help counteract the effect of greenhouse gas emissions on the environment.

The Good Traveler offset projects are working on the front lines to combat climate change through local carbon capture and sequestration. As we begin to travel again, let’s do all we can to offset the impacts of our travel.
