PARKING RESERVATION TERMS OF USE

Thank you for visiting the San Diego International Airport Parking (“SDIA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) website (the “Web site”). Your access to, and use of the Web site and services and products found at or related to this Web site (collectively referred to as the “Service”) are subject to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time without notice. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms of Use each time prior to the use of this Web site or Service.

BY ACCESSING THE WEB SITE OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE WEB SITE TERMS OF USE.

Eligibility:

The Web site and Service are available only to users with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Service or the Web site, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older and that you are fully able to enter into and abide by all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.

Parking Reservation Availability and Pricing:

Reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability. Reservations for less than 24 hours are subject to a minimum daily rate and must be for a minimum 3.5 hours stay. Your credit card is charged when you submit your reservation online. If your stay extends beyond your reservation date and times, you will be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. If your stay is LESS than your reservation dates and time, NO REFUND will be issued for unused portions of the reservation. Additionally, when your parking reservation is submitted online, the rate is secured. For this reason, your reservation rate may not be combined with any additional coupons, special offers, or other promotion when you exit the parking lot.

Cancellations, Modifications, and Refund Policy:

No refunds will be given for unused reservations not canceled in accordance with these Terms of Use. If you wish to modify or cancel your parking reservation, simply log into the Parking Reservation System using your username and password at least 1 hour in advance of your scheduled arrival date and time. You can also access a reservation using the email address and Reservation ID Number in your confirmation email. For cancellations, full refunds will be credited to the credit card used to place the reservation if you cancel your parking reservation at least 1 hour before your scheduled arrival date and time. If your stay is LESS than your reserved dates and times, NO REFUND will be issued for unused portions of the reservation period. San Diego International Airport Parking is managed by a third-party parking management operator. For help with cancellations, modifications, or refunds, please call the third party parking management operator at 619-291-2087 or email reservations@san.org.

Like most Web servers on the Internet, our servers may collect and store all of the information that your Web browser sends when it requests a Web page including:

  • The name, domain and numerical address of the "host" computer (typically a computer belonging to your Internet Service Provider and not your personal computer) from which you access the Internet;
  • The date and time you accessed our site;
  • The Internet address of the Web page you came from;
  • The page you requested and the amount of data sent to your computer; and
  • The information your Web browser sends to us, which typically identifies the browser software and may also indicate operating system and the type of CPU in your system.

It is impossible to determine the actual identity of an individual user from this information. We develop summary reports, or logs, from the information collected. These logs are analyzed periodically in order to study site usage over time and to perform studies in order to improve the site's organization, performance and usefulness. The raw data used to develop these logs are erased periodically as a part of routine system maintenance.

Electronic Mail:

When you send SDCRAA personal identifying information via E-mail, SDCRAA uses it to respond to your request. SDCRAA may forward your E-mail to other SDCRAA employees or contract personnel who are better able to answer your question. The E-mail itself may be retained as required by California law and regulations governing the retention of public records.
