The Cell Phone Lot is now located at the Terminal 2 Parking Lot with access from McCain Road (see map below).

To pick up your passenger in front of the Baggage Claim of Terminals 1 and 2, exit the Cell Phone Lot and follow the green roadway signs back to Terminal 1 (Arrivals) or Terminal 2 (Arrivals).
