Access to SAN: I-5 India Street Ramp Closure - March 10th.

Caltrans will close the northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) India Street off-ramp and leftmost lane of the on-ramp on Tuesday, March 10, from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. for drainage work. Motorists may take northbound I-5 and exit at Old Town Avenue. The maintenance work schedule is subject to change due to weather, traffic incidents, or other maintenance considerations. Please note, locations for the portable noise monitor must be fenced, and have adequate yard space to allow for the installation of the monitoring equipment away from other structures such as sheds, trees, or utility poles. The location should be away from persistent noise sources such as busy roads, air conditioners and other equipment. All irrigation must be disabled. Outside electrical power outlet must be provided.
